Lisa started with fitness over ten years ago when she purchased a Beach Body DVD called Turbo Jam. With self-learning of food and this exercise program Lisa lost nearly forty pounds. With the knowledge she attained she was able to maintain the weight loss even after having her son. Lisa then realized that she wanted to share her passion with others along with earning an extra income, so when she was introduced to POUND Lisa instantly fell in love with it. It was not your typical workout, and it involved a lot of music that she could relate to, so she took the plunge and became certified to teach POUND. Lisa is always excited for everything to come, and she hopes to share her passion and become a person of influence in her community!
