Summer 2017 Program Guide & Events Calendar 

Summer Camper Information Form! 
A Camper Information Form is required for all children enrolled in a Summer Camp. Forms must be submitted at least 1 - 2 weeks in advance of the camp start date.
Completed forms can be emailed to, or dropped off at Auburn House (attn.: Summer Camp Coordinator).


*Important NEW Information for Online Program Registration*

The Auburn Bay Residents Association has transitioned to a new version of software, which began February 8, 2017. This online software will allow you to register for programs, as well as pay annual fees, if you are a homeowner in the community.

If you are a current resident of Auburn Bay, and/or you had an online account with our previous software, your account is still active – however, you will need to reset your password. Please DO NOT create a new account.
When you login for the first time you will be directed to the 'Sign In' page. Once there, click on "Forgot Password". Password reset instructions will then be sent to your email. If the email address you entered is not recognized, please contact the office by email at, or by phone at 403-537-2601, and we will assist you in creating your account.

Drop In Programs

Auburn House offers a number of seasonal drop in activities, Come and play tennis in the summer or shinny in the winter or bring your children inside for games, songs and playtime.

 Please Note: General open gym drop-in times consist of only non-netted sports (i.e. basketball, floor hockey, and dodgeball). Netted sports, such as badminton and pickleball will have designated drop-in times only.
Membership cards are required to to sign out some equipment.

No socked feet or bare feet permitted. No flip flops or sandals of any kind permitted.

All users MUST advise the office of gym use before entering the gymnasium.


Drop In Program Passes (For Select Registered Programs)  

Drop in passes for select adult registered programs at Auburn House!
Add some flexibility to your fitness schedule and try out a variety of classes.

Drop-in passes can be purchased in 1-day, 6-day or 12-day increments (prices include GST).
Drop-in passes are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase (6-day & 12-day passes only).
All passes are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and non-replaceable (Don't lose it!).

Program Withdrawal, Refund, Transfer and Cancellation Policy

♦ The Auburn House reserves the right to cancel any programs with insufficient registration. Full refunds will be granted or you may transfer to another program (space permitting).

♦ Requests to withdrawal from a program:

  • Seven (7) or more days prior to the first day of the program will be granted with no penalty.
  • Less than seven (7) days prior to the first day of the program will be granted a 50% refund.
  • On the program start date to within 48 hours after the first class of the program will be granted a 25% refund (not applicable to one-day programs - no refunds will be granted within 48 hours before start date of scheduled program).

♦ Refunds will be issued for medical reasons and will be pro-rated at the time of the withdrawal request. A doctor’s note must be presented.

♦ Refunds will not be issued for participants who are unable to attend rescheduled make-up classes.

  *Refunds are issued by account credit (members only) to use toward another Auburn House program. Credits on account are valid for one (1) year from the issue date. Alternatively, refunds may be issued by cheque and are subject to a $15.00 administration fee.
