Auburn House offers a number of seasonal drop in activities, Come and play tennis in the summer or shinny in the winter or bring your children inside for games, songs and playtime.

Drop In Program Passes (For Select Registered Programs)
New! Drop in passes for select registered programs at Auburn House! Add some flexibility to your fitness schedule and try out a variety of classes.
Drop-in passes are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Drop-in passes can be purchased in 6-day or 12-day increments (prices include GST).
All passes are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and non-replaceable (Don't lose it!).

Program Withdrawal, Refund, Transfer and Cancellation Policy
♦ The Auburn House reserves the right to cancel any programs with insufficient registration. Full refunds will be granted or you may transfer to another program (space permitting).
♦ Requests to withdrawal from a program:
- Seven (7) or more days prior to the first day of the program will be granted with no penalty.
- Less than seven (7) days prior to the first day of the program will be granted a 50% refund.
- On the program start date to within 48 hours after the first class of the program will be granted a 25% refund (not applicable to one-day programs - no refunds will be granted on day of scheduled program or after, if not attended).
♦ Refunds will be issued for medical reasons and will be pro-rated at the time of the withdrawal request. A doctor’s note must be presented.
♦ Refunds will not be issued for participants who are unable to attend rescheduled make-up classes.
*Refunds are issued by account credit (members only) to use toward another Auburn House program. Credits on account are valid for one (1) year from the issue date. Alternatively, refunds may be issued by cheque and are subject to a $15.00 administration fee.
